About me

Natalia Mansilla,
midwife & herbalist

I hold a degree in Obstetrics from the Universidad Nacional de Entre Ríos, Argentina, with over eight years of international clinical practice: public hospitals in Argentina, Casa de Nacimientos Migjorn in Catalonia, humanitarian work with Matronas en Movimiento in Sahrawi refugee camps, and independent home birth support.

"The body does not need to be directed. It needs to be heard."

I trained in natural gynaecology at Biopartera and in clinical herbalism at Casa Botánica, both in Ecuador. I have supported traditional medicine ceremonies with women in Turkey, holding herbal care within spaces of collective healing. The visible and the invisible are equally part of my practice.

I work independently. I recently launched Nativa Herbae, my own herbal medicine line for women — formulations born from the same clinical and ancestral knowledge that guides my practice. I write, teach and accompany those who want to find me, wherever they are.

Words from those who have been here

Words from those who have been here

"Having Natalia with me through birth preparation, labour and the postpartum was a privilege. I remember her companionship and professionalism with deep affection — even in such a special yet vulnerable time, her human presence, full of respect and love, allowed me to truly enjoy and embrace my motherhood."
Patricia
"Nati accompanied the birth of my daughter with a calm and a love I will never forget. She helped me trust my body, let go of fear, and experience a home birth from a place of pleasure, respect and genuine connection. It is so clear that she is a midwife by vocation, by ancestral inheritance, and because she truly loves what she does."
Melisa — mamá de Diama
"Naty, it was so wonderful to have crossed paths in such a synchronistic and perfect way. We will always be grateful that one of the most important moments of our lives was so beautiful, filled with love and vibrant feminine energy."
Amparo
"Naty, thank you for being part of the team I put together for my baby's arrival. Thank you for your courage, the faith and the love you put and continue to put into your work."
Tam
"Naty, thank you so much for giving me the push towards a great awakening. After the natural gynaecology consultation, when I got back to Chile I had my implant removed right away. And all this time has been a beautiful path of self-observation and knowledge."
